Age Limit:
- Rockland Hotel has the right to refuse to provide the room for the stay if the age of the guest is less than 18 years
Check-In& Check-Out Time:
- The check-in & Checkout time of Rockland Hotels is 12:00 Noon
- For early arrival, it is recommended to pre-book the room with one day in advance with full charges
- For late checkouts after between 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs half day charge of the room shall be applicable, after 18:00 Hrs departure full day charge is applicable
Damage to Hotel Property:
- Rockland Hotel reserves right to charge to guest the cost of damage to hotel property caused accidentally or deliberately
Extra Bed:
- The extra bed for the third occupant shall be chargeable per night. This charge shall be automatically applied upon selection for more than two adults whether an extra bed is demanded or not
Identity Proof:
- All the incoming guests should present their government approves ID proof at the time of arrival
- For foreign nationals, Passport and Visa have to be presented in original at the time of arrival
Occupants in a room:
- The total number of occupants in a room including children should not exceed more than three
- Child till 5 years old may stay at no additional fee using existing bedding provided in the room
Parking of Car:
- Parking of vehicles away from hotel premises is on guest own risk
- Hotel is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the stay if parked out of the reach of security of Rockland Hotel
Pets:
- The Rockland Hotel maintains a strict policy of No pets in its premises
Prohibited Items:
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of prohibited items such as:
- Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
- Objects emitting a foul odor
- Unregistered firearms or other weapons
- Objects of unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
- Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
- Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the law
Safe Deposit Box
- Guests are advised to keep their valuable in Safe Deposit Box during the stay.
- The hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or any other personal valuables during the stay at Rockland.
Smoking:
- Smoking is not permitted in public areas inside the premises.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas of hotel i.e, outside the lobby area, in driveway area or on Tuscany the terrace garden.
Visitors:
- In the interest of guest’s well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk before meeting the guest staying in premises.
- No visitor shall be allowed to meet the guest in the room after 21:00 hrs till 07:00 hrs.
Cancellation Policy
For Individual Booking 1 to 2 Rooms
- In case of No Show - 100 % Retention will be charged
- In case of cancellation or amendment 3 days prior to the date of arrival, one-night retention shall be applicable.
- In case of cancellation or amendment 4-6 days prior to the date of arrival, half a night retention shall be applicable.
- In case of cancellation or amendment7-9 days prior to the date of arrival, 25% of the room charge shall be applicable.
- 10 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation shall be applicable free of charge.
For Group Booking 3 or More than 3 Rooms
- In case of No Show - 100 % Retention will be charged
- Guest booking more than 3 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance.
- In case of cancellation or amendment 3 days prior to the date of arrival, full amount of the estimated value of booking is applicable.
- In case of cancellation or amendment 4-6 days prior to the date of arrival, only first night retention shall be applicable.
- In case of cancellation or amendment 7-9 days prior to the date of arrival, half a night retention shall be applicable.
- 10 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation fees @ 25% of the one day room charges shall be applicable
