Welcome to Rockland Hotel C R Park. To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all our guests, please review our house rules and booking conditions.

Arrival & Departure

  • Standard Check-in/Out: 12:00 Noon.
  • Early Arrival: Pre-booking one day in advance is recommended for guaranteed access.
  • Late Checkout (12:00 - 18:00): Half-day charges apply.
  • Late Checkout (After 18:00): Full-day charges apply.

Occupancy Rules

  • Max Occupancy: 3 Adults per room.
  • Extra Bed: Chargeable per night. Automatically applied for >2 adults.
  • Child Policy: Children up to 5 years stay free using existing bedding.
  • Age Limit: Primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

Identification

Verification is mandatory for all guests at arrival:

  • Indian Nationals: Government approved photo ID (Aadhar, DL, Voter ID, Passport).
  • Foreign Nationals: Original Passport and valid Visa are mandatory.

Security & Guest Conduct

Visitors: Must register at Front Desk. No visitors allowed in rooms between 21:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited in public areas. Permitted only in designated areas (Terrace/Driveway).

Safe Deposit: Guests are advised to use Safe Deposit Boxes for valuables. Hotel is not liable for personal losses.

Parking: Vehicle parking outside premises is at the guest's own risk.

Prohibited: Pets, hazardous materials, unregistered firearms, and illegal substances are strictly banned.

Damages: Guest is liable for accidental or deliberate damage to hotel property.

General Policy

  • Valid Gov. ID mandatory at arrival.

Privacy Policy: Rockland is committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected is used solely to process requests and enhance guest services.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds take 2-4 weeks to reflect in your account, depending on bank processing times. Bank/Credit card charges will be deducted from the advance.
