Welcome to Rockland Hotel Panchsheel Enclave. Please review our comprehensive stay guidelines, cancellation policies, and terms of service below.

Stay Timings

  • Check-in/Out: 12:00 Noon
  • Late Checkout (12:00 - 18:00): Half day charge
  • Late Checkout (After 18:00): Full day charge
  • *Early arrival: Recommended pre-book 1 day advance with full charges.
  • Age Limit: Refusal of stay if guest is under 18 years.

Occupancy Rules

  • Max Occupants: Total 3 persons (including children) per room.
  • Extra Bed: Chargeable per night. Automatically applied for >2 adults.
  • Child Policy: Up to 5 years stays free using existing bedding.
  • Pets: Strict No Pets policy maintained in premises.

Identity & Property

  • Indian Nationals: Present Gov. approved ID proof at arrival.
  • Foreign Nationals: Original Passport & Visa mandatory.
  • Property Damage: Hotel reserves right to charge guest for accidental/deliberate damage.

Security & Guest Conduct

Visitors: All visitors must register at the Front Desk. No visitor meetings are allowed in guest rooms between 21:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all public areas and guest rooms. Permitted only in designated outdoor zones (Outside lobby, driveway, or Tuscany terrace garden).

Parking: Parking of vehicles away from hotel premises is at the guest's own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked out of reach of security.

Safe Deposit Box: Guests are advised to use provided safe boxes for valuables. The hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or personal valuables.

Prohibited Items: Entry is refused for: Flammables, explosives, foul-odor objects, unregistered firearms/weapons, illegal drugs, or articles related to illicit acts.

Terms & Conditions

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • Review booking/cancellation policies as specified penalties may apply for changes.
  • Government ID and form of payment required during check-in.
  • Inclusions not listed are chargeable. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
  • Refunds for refundable bookings take 2-4 weeks. Standard bank/credit card processing charges will be deducted.
